Defective Merchandise: If you receive an item that is defective, notify us of the problem to arrange for a repair, replacement, item exchange, or refund. Top Stitch Sewing Service LLC is responsible for all shipping/return costs incurred when a product is defective.
Damaged Product: If you received your order and it is damaged, e-mail us immediately. Send us a video via email of the damaged product at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive your email we can start the refund or replacement process.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
